Awaken and align your body with this Vinyasa Yoga class, available to all levels. Vinyasa means 'to place in a special way', so in this class we will be moving the body mindfully, using the breath with awareness as I guide you through a series of postures that will stretch, move and rest the body. Each class will start with breath work, then moving through a series of postures (asanas) ebbing and flowing between steady and slow speeds that will lead into a relaxing ending (savasana) and guided meditation all with a pumping soundtrack but ending on those relaxing and rejuvenating sounds, ready to head into your day and weekend!
