About the Course
In this 2hr workshop we will explore the slower pace of winter and the physical asanas (poses) that ask us to slow down, look inside and rebalance, hibernating in some and working with the energy created. A workshop to return home to the body, to release, reconnect, relax, and allow some self-care.
This will include some gentle yoga and free movement (no experience necessary), guided meditation and intention setting for going forward. Allow yourself to be in comfortable loose-fitting clothes, with warm layers for the meditations, try not to arrive on a full stomach if you need to eat then try and have a light meal. Most importantly come with an open mind and heart.
