COMMON QUERIES

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We have a 14 day return policy which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted we shall send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Any items that are sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 


The return postage costs will be billable to you and not payable by Self Stone Healing.

Damages and Issues

Upon receiving your box please inspect and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or you receive the wrong item so that we can rectify the issue. 


Exceptions and Non-returnable items

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on sale items. 


Exchanges 

The fastest way for you to receive what you want or need is to return the item you have and once the return is accepted, make a seprate purchase for the new item. 


Refunds

We will notify you once weve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved youll be automactically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

UK Delivery Information 


All of our orders are shipped through a Royal Mail 48 Tracked Service and are calculated based on weight. 


Postage and Package is included for all UK orders

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?

We try to pack all of our orders within 24 hours and shipped using the 48 hour service. We expect orders to be with you within 3-4 working days.
