This is an evening of intention setting and reflections, taking some time to reflect on the previous year and create new intentions as we start anew. Allowing Sound to release the old and lead us into the new through the power of sound and intention. We will start with some grounding to bring us into the present moment, then take a little time for reflections of the old and intentions for the new, as we continue delving deeper with a guided meditation to help sow the seeds of the intentions for the New Year ahead as you drift into and become bathed in the beautiful sounds. There is nothing you need to know or have had prior experience in for you to attend this evening, just bring an open heart and mind. Spaces are limited so booking in advance is essential and no admission is accepted at the door. I strongly advise arriving at least ten minutes before just to allow yourself time to get settled in, have a toilet break or a quick chat prior to our prompt start of 7:30pm. Unfortunately I cannot allow late comers to enter due to disruption, if you do find you are going to be late or cannot attend please let me know and ill happily move your booking onto another event date. This Sound Bath evening will be held at Hazlemere Rec Memorial Hall and doors open at 7:10pm, there is plenty of free parking at the venue. What to bring: - Comfy clothes, - Yoga mat, or something that will be comfortable enough for you to spend a long period of time on, maybe a chair if thats more comfortable for you. - Blanket/s, pillow for head and lower back if you have lower back problems, eye pillow (if sensitive to light) anything that will allow you to be comfortable and warm. - Water - Journal, crystals (optional) As much as I would love this to be accessible for everyone there are some precautions and it may be unsuitable for pregnancy, people who suffer from seizures, tinnitus, or those who suffer from severe mental health, but if you’re not sure please do get in touch and I will be happy to answer any questions and discuss suitability for you. This is a non-refundable, adult only event and if you are unable to attend for whatever reason, please let me know and I will be more than happy to move you're booking to another, more suitable date for yourself. Cancellation Policy

Unfortunately this is a non refundable event, so please make sure you can attend, we are happy to transfer the space to a friend or family of your choosing.
