Join me to bring in the New Year with an evening of self-care, relaxation and reflections. Looking back over the past year, letting go off the old and setting new intentions for 2026, ready to set the tone with new energy with a calm, relaxed mindset. Let this be your year to step forward with the energy you want. Everyone’s journey with sound can be completely different but within a Sound Bath, you will be immersed in the sounds of ancient and modern healing instruments, such as the Gong, Crystal bowls, Chimes, Shruti box, Koshi and Zaphir Chimes, Drums and many more beautiful sounds. These Sound Bath immersions are a great way to let go of a busy mind, stress, or tension as the frequencies of the sounds meet the frequencies of the body and bathe you in safe, healing, relaxing energy. Even if you fall asleep you still receive all the relaxing benefits! We will be starting with some gentle movement or breath work if needed, bringing us into the present moment and to ready our mind and bodies, then into a guided reflection and meditation as we embark on the journey through sound, moving you into deep relaxation. No experience needed for you to attend this evening Spaces are limited, so booking in advance is essential and no admission on the door. Please arrive at least ten minutes before, allowing yourself time to get settled in, have a toilet break or a quick chat prior to our prompt start of 7:30pm. Unfortunately, I won’t be able to admit late comers due to starting and will be unable to start and stop. It is a non-refundable, adult only event, but if you do find you are going to be late or for unexpected reasons cannot attend, please do let me know and ill happily move your booking onto another event date that suits you. This Sound Bath evening will be held at Hazlemere Rec Memorial Hall and doors open at 7:15pm, there is plenty of free parking at the venue. Upon booking, further information will be sent out via email closer to the event date. I would love this to be an accessible experience for everyone but there are some precautions and may be unsuitable for pregnancy, people who suffer seizures, tinnitus or those who suffer from severe mental health.
